To say that this is an art, or artist's community simply doesn't cover it. In 2005 Niv began a search that would result in an interview process that would consider over seventy artists from around the world. Through his vision and dream this feild of artists narrowed to three, Richard Powers, Karen Retana, and Buddy Sears; Resident Artists of
